Superflorida Remodeling is a referral service. We pass homeowner requests for full bathroom and kitchen remodels to independent local providers. This page is for contractors who want those requests.

There are no jobs here. You stay independent, run your own business and set your own terms with each homeowner.

Who Fits the Network

We look for providers who:

• Focus on full remodels, not small repairs
• Do bathing-area work such as tub and shower conversions and walk-in showers or tubs
• Handle kitchen projects from cabinets to layout changes
• Work in single-family homes, not mobile homes
• Serve San Diego or part of the San Diego area

Experience with older bungalows and 1950s to 1980s tract homes is a plus. So is comfort working on slabs and raised foundations.

What We Expect

Homeowners are trusting a referral, so standards matter. Providers in the network should:

• Hold the licenses, bonding and insurance their local rules require
• Respond to homeowner requests politely and promptly
• Give written quotes with clear scope and allowances
• Explain schedule, dust control and daily disruption in plain terms
• Make honest claims about their work and never promise coverage by an insurer

We do not set your prices. We do ask for clear, written estimates.

How to Apply

• Your business name and the area you serve
• The kinds of remodels you take on
• Your typical project size
• A short note on your licensing and insurance
• The easiest way and time to reach you

We will review your note and reply with next steps. Not every applicant will be a fit for every area, and openings depend on local demand.
