Who We Are

Superflorida Remodeling is a referral service for homeowners planning full bathroom or kitchen remodels in San Diego and the San Diego area. Think of us as a dispatcher. We take the request, note the details and pass it along.

We do not build anything. Independent local providers do the work, under their own names and their own contracts with you.

Why This Service Exists

Remodeling is a big decision, and finding the right provider eats time. Busy households do not have hours to compare websites and leave messages.

So we made one starting point. You describe the project once. We route it to a provider who handles that kind of job.

How Requests Are Handled

We ask a few short questions:

• Which room: bathroom or kitchen
• What you want changed, such as a tub-to-shower conversion or a new layout
• Your timing
• Who lives in the home and when it is quiet

Then we pass the details to a provider in the network. Availability varies, so Request a callback to check provider availability for your area.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in the network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance their local rules require
• Give a written quote before work starts
• Explain scope, schedule and what drives the price
• Plan around the household, including dust, water shutoffs and daily routines

We cannot promise any one provider's results. Ask for references and read the contract.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not perform construction, design or installation.
• We do not set provider prices or write your contract.
• We do not pull permits or inspect finished work.
• We do not take on small jobs or mobile home projects.

This is a referral service, and it stays in that lane.

A Note on Cost

Typical U.S. bathroom remodels often run from about $10,000 to $35,000 or more. Kitchens often run from about $20,000 to $75,000 or more. Your number depends on size, materials, plumbing, electrical and layout changes. A written quote is the only way to know yours. Get it first.

How We Are Paid

You do not pay Superflorida Remodeling to submit a request. Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. That arrangement does not change what you owe a provider. Your price comes from the provider's written quote.
